Summary of Studied Topics and Subjects

  • Craniosacral therapy

CST promotes deep relaxation, which can help reduce stress and anxiety levels. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system, leading to a state of calm and relaxation.
CST may alleviate musculoskeletal pain, headaches, and migraines by releasing tension and improving the flow of cerebrospinal fluid. It can be effective for chronic pain conditions, such as fibromyalgia or arthritis.

  • Craniosacral therapy Fascial Unwinding

Fascia is a connective tissue tissue which holds our physical body together penetrating as deep as cellular level and so with this depth comes a connection to our communication system as fascia has a complex sensory nerve supply. Fascia also retains memories of injury and trauma. Craniosacral sessions allows releases on this level where fascia is unwound and released. Working with fascia is very valuable in the whole integrated craniosacral treatment process.

  • Craniosacral therapy- Brain

The brain is the most complex organ in the human body. It is responsible for controlling all bodily functions, including thoughts, emotions, movements, and sensory perception. The brain is capable of changing and adapting throughout life, a phenomenon known as neuroplasticity. Craniosacral therapists believe that by gently manipulating the skull and spine, they can facilitate the movement of cerebrospinal fluid, which surrounds the brain and spinal cord. It is suggested that improved fluid flow may positively influence brain function and overall central nervous system health.

  • Craniosacral therapy- Meridians

Meridians are energy lines of the body, energy channels closely connected with organs, tissues and structures of the human body and its functions. Meridians were discovered more than 3,000 years ago by means of ingenious methods of healers, doctors, monks and Taoists of the Eastern world.
The meridians are one level of the multifaceted human body which also include other complex systems
such as the nervous, lymphatic or cardiovascular systems etc. They are all different levels and systems of the same body and they cannot be separated. One only needs to glance at the pathways of the body’s blood vessel, muscles and ligaments, and nerve networks to note a direct correlation with the proposed
map of acupuncture meridians.

  • Emotional freedom technique

EFT involves tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on emotional issues, which can help reduce emotional distress. It can be a valuable tool for managing daily stressors or overwhelming emotions.
EFT aims to address and release emotional blockages or traumas. By tapping on specific points and acknowledging emotional experiences, individuals may experience emotional healing, resolution, and a greater sense of self-acceptance.

  • Matrix Reimprinting

Matrix Reimprinting is a therapeutic technique that aims to address and transform negative beliefs and traumatic experiences stored in the subconscious mind. It is an extension of the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), which is a form of energy psychology.
The subconscious mind is believed to store memories, emotions, and beliefs that influence our thoughts, behaviors, and overall well-being. According to Matrix Reimprinting, when we experience a traumatic event or form negative beliefs, these experiences get imprinted as energetic patterns or “matrixes” in our subconscious.
