What Is Craniosacral Therapy (CST)?

CST is a gentle, non-invasive touch therapy. It provides a gentle yet potent way of supporting the body’s inherent intelligence to orient itself towards health at its own pace. CST creates a space of deep stillness and systemic settling within your body. It offers an optimal environment for the body to slow down and tune into health and vitality.

What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?

EFT is a revolutionary therapeutic approach that combines elements of traditional psychology and acupuncture to address emotional and physical distress. By gently tapping on specific energy points on the body, EFT releases blocked energy, neutralizes negative emotions, and restores the mind, body, and spirit.

Benefits of the therapies

Mood disorders like anxiety or depression
Constant migraines and headaches
Relentless neck and shoulder aches and pain
Trauma from injuries such as falling or whiplash
Central nervous system disorders and conditions
Chronic fatigue or ongoing lethargic feelings
Disturbed sleep cycles and insomnia
Sinus infections that never seem to fully go away

A Healthy Alternative To Pharmaceutical Intervention

CST is a gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, with the objective of increasing the flow of cerebrospinal fluid throughout the entirety of the central nervous system. This removes blockages, aligns the body’s flow, and enhances the body’s ability to heal.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

We meet and work with the body at its own pace. The number of sessions therefore varies from person to person. Each person’s experience and response to the treatment is unique. The number of sessions required could vary depending on the severity of the condition. For more persistent or chronic conditions a series of regular sessions may be more beneficial.

Within your first session we will take time to go over your medical history, current health and what you wish to gain from your sessions.

Throughout sessions clients often report feelings such as deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, relief and changes in sensations. Sessions can also bring about more challenging feelings and emotions as held forces and experiences become ‘unstuck’ and able to be processed. It is completely normal and healthy for this to happen within sessions and it is always held in complete support and safety.

Our hands are the only instrument which we use for session.
